A downloadable game for Windows
I took a Scripting class Fall 2019 at the University of Texas. This was the third project for the semester. Here is the assignment details:
Project Requirements:
- Create 3 visually distinct levels as separate scenes
- There should be save points throughout each level, when the player dies they should return to the most recent save point in the current level
- Each level should have a clear objective (ex. collect 10 items, kill the boss, find a key to the locked door)
- Note: it is important that the player can tell what the level objective is, use on-screen text to help
- When the player completes the level objective, the next level should load automatically
- At least 3 variables should persist with the player (ex. coins collected, enemies killed, time remaining...) and should be visibly displayed on screen at all times
